The standard cage kit is perfect for keeping your gear/dogs secure.
The standard tub cage kit and heavy duty tub cage kit look the same in appearance from the outside.
The standard tub cage frame cannot hold any weight directly on top of the canopy. If you require this option – to fit a roof top tent directly on top please see our Heavy Duty Cage Kit
Ladder Racks can be fitted to the standard cage kit ( 100kg travelling capacity and 280kg stationary capacity)
The standard cage kit enables full access to the tub and has the versatility of still being able to be removed. It is perfect for dogs as the canopy breathes with insect screens being an option.
The kit is easily self installed. It will arrive boxed and requires assembly (approx 1.5 hours).
The kits are dispatched from our workshop ex Sydney.
Full written instructions with illustrations are provided to fit the kit and it can be installed by 2 people without any trade knowledge.
The following tools are required to fit the kit: Cordless drill, 10mm drill bit for steel. Allen key Set, 16mm spanner, Philips head screwdriver, pop rivet gun

Frame & Construction
- Black powder coated steel frame
- Cannot hold weight directly on top of the roof — ladder racks required.
- Ladder racks rated at 100kg travelling capacity, 280kg stationary
- 4 bolt installation to inside tub lip using heavy duty steel black powder coated brackets
Panels & Locks
- 3mm hexagonal gas strut lift aluminium mill finish doors — (black powder coating available)
- 2mm hexagonal aluminium mill finish roof and front panel — (black powder coating available)
- 6 keyed alike drop T locks
Canvas
- 100% waterproof with or without ladder racks
- 98% dustproof with tailgate seal fitted — dust ingress barely noticeable during testing
- Insect screens completely sealed (zipped and velcroed), roll up independently from canvas
- Heavy duty paw proof insect screen available for large or very active dogs
- Attaches to the frame by velcro — no buttons required on the tub

Notes
- For total security the tailgate must also be lockable, as the rear cage door does not overlap the tailgate
- If your tub has an over lip liner this will need to be cut to fit. An under lip liner requires no modification
