Heavy Duty Tub Kit Dual Cab – Half Height Cage

Wallaby Track has developed a new Half Height Cage Tub kit including heavy duty black powder coated steel frame, aluminium punched panels and canvas canopy for your tub back ute.
The half height cage kit has fixed 3mm hexagonal punched aluminium panels on both sides and front.
There is no aluminium hexagonal punched panels on the roof as the product is designed to fit a roof top tent. The roof top tent will cover almost all of the roof preventing access to the cage kit.
The rear door opens with gas strut assistance and has 2 keyed alike drop T locks

The canvas has a one rear zipped opening to allow for the rear cage door to open.*

The hexagonal punched aluminium side panels are fixed and can not be opened but there is an option available for canvas side flaps to be opened if you are carrying dogs and require air flow
This frame and canopy design allows a roof top tent or flat rack to be fitted directly on top of the canopy.
The roof top tent can mount directly on top of the half height cage canopy. No ladder racks are required

Every kit comes with a basic mounting kit and instructions to mount all roof top tents that using a sliding bolt in a channel mounting method (about 95% of RTT sold in Australia)
Frame can hold 110kg travelling and 280kg stationary.
Ladder Racks can also be fitted if required.
The canvas attaches to the frame by velcro so there is no need to fit the buttons to the tub.
These kits are available for nearly all current model utes (except MQ/MR Triton)
The canvas canopy kits are waterproof, easy to remove and refit.
As the canvas breathes it is perfect for carry animals such as dogs. It also doesn’t sweat when carrying fridges etc
There is an option to add ladder racks
* Please note that as the rear cage door does not overlap the tailgate it could be lowered with the cage door locked. The tailgate would also need to locked in order for the cage kit to be secure.
